Mothers Day Bliss Balls

Ingredients:
1 cup of apricots or cranberries
1/2 cup of dates
1/2 cup of almonds
1/2 cup of cashews
1Tablespoon of coconut
1Tablespoon of cocoa
1Tablespoon of honey

Method:
Soak apricots and dates in hot water for a few minutes
Drain them and put into food processor with almonds, cashews, cocoa, coconut and honey.
Whizz them until chopped finely and sticking together.
Roll into balls and coat with coconut.
Keep In fridge.
